DUSK LION is the shorthand title given to a CH remix of the NIGHT ANTHELION recording, originally issued under my birthname. This mix was drafted during the remastering sessions for WHITE/NIGHT/BLACK/RED ANTHELION's collective 3xCD-R reissue as a way to revisit and explore the original audio tapes within an expanded and differently equipped studio setting. Until now, it has only been made available as part of that 3xCD-R reissue set, and after a few requests for it to be issued on its own, I've acquiesced and presented it here with its own catalog number and photographic artwork. Musically, DUSK LION would appeal to fans of things like ARBORIST'S EXCAVATIONS, CORNUCOPIAD, FISSURED BEACH and even VERDANT ACRE. Deep, electric drones covered in mossy textural drapes and evening hues, set against sub-bass rhythmic work and organic field recording spatter.
