  A single copy of Polysom is being rented inside a comfortable studio bedroom, furnished with a window air conditioning unit, a wooden futon with a queen-sized mattress, a faux-fur blanket, a blue husband pillow and a standard white pillow. Also provided are a sleep mask, a humidifier, a white noise machine, lavender essential oil, two melatonin capsules and a dimmer switch for the lights, able to be customized for the perfect grade of darkness. Due to the unique offer, this package cannot be shipped to your home - rather, the price includes 2-way airfare, a hand-drawn map from the Columbia International Airport to the bedroom's location and a certificate of authenticity provided on the back of an old electric bill. Buyers are entitled to stay in the bedroom with the CD-R for up to 3 days upon arrival, at which point they are required to vacate the property or make a reasonable offer for the entire house and land plot the bedroom rests inside.
