The second peripheral release of works connected to the upcoming Urceolatmospherion album is, itself, another album. While Nepenthesol is a more modest exercise in live psychedelic analog dance music, Ambusilicate is the inversion of this. Deep, tape-loop driven pieces of monolithic stature that pulse with the residual low end from a dance party a few blocks away. Ambient techno that is truly ambient by way of peeling away from the subject matter and viewing it aerially. Only from far distances are certain details observable.
